DOES A MISSED EMAIL COUNT THAT MUCH FOR THE TEAM OF EASY GO TO USA?
For a company with just electronic communication, it is crucial to react immediately for questions because every new email means a potential customer. With the aim of helping our customers to get higher education, it is really important that everything has to be on time. There are a lot of deadlines in education: if somebody can’t hit the milestones he will lag behind, and try it again on the next year.
A CHALLENGE IN ONLINE COMMUNICATION
Administration is one of them in order to know who is dealing with a certain customer. The sooner the necessary documents are ready, the sooner our customer can get a scholarship opportunity. This results in higher returns for us.
For this reason, we have a lot of incoming emails. We had been using the Custom Domain service of Googleso far. It was a good solution when there was only one user. The more of us are in the office, the more often it happens that somebody opens an email but forgets to answer it. These letters will never get answered, only when I check all of them at Christmas. But from a perspective of a year or so nobody will reply, the potentional customer just made another decision.
Using Anvert made our life easier. We use our main email address as an emailing list and we create individual email addresses for all of our colleagues. Therefore everybody can see the emails under the main address, and at the end of the day I don’t have to check all of them, I just see which ones have been answered yet. For that I would never have enough time. This way, I only have to check the quality of the emails at Christmas when I would like to appraise the performance of the team.
I will be able to answer that question from a perspective of a year, but it’s promising so far.
